At People n Pets, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary, and we want to make this process as smooth as possible for our customers.
2. Pet Food and Products
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in original packaging and unopened
- Products must be in resaleable condition
- Prescription items and special orders are non-returnable
Refund Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return
- We will arrange pickup of the returned items
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
3. Grooming Services
Service Guarantee
- If you're not satisfied with our grooming service, please contact us within 24 hours
- We will offer to redo the service at no additional charge
- Refunds for grooming services are considered on a case-by-case basis
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments cancelled 24+ hours in advance: Full refund
- Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours: 50% charge
- No-shows: Full charge applies
4. Veterinary Services
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided
- Unused medications may be returned within 30 days with original receipt
- Emergency service fees are non-refundable
- Treatment plans can be modified based on pet's response and owner's budget
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- Report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged items
- We will replace or refund damaged products at no cost to you
- We may require return of the damaged product for quality control purposes
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened pet food or treats (for health and safety reasons)
- Prescription medications
- Custom or special order items
- Gift cards or store credit
- Services already rendered
